Where did the site
Band conditions go?? I have this site as one of my tabs on the blog and it either seems the link has been changed, the site is temporally down or it's gone? Does anyone have info on this maybe I missed the memo about a new link to the site?

Hi Mike, it works fine here, no problem at all. 73 Paul PC4T
Well it turns out it was a firewall issue all is good now. Thanks all for the feedback.

I have found that most "solar forecast" tools are unreliable. This past weekend it predicted poor conditions on HF. I turned my radio on during the CQ WW CW contest and found signals from around the world.
Very true Mike and I too believe that no matter what the solar forecast page says get on the radio and see what happens.

The Bandconditions.com site is dead again, no response for the last week.
Same here. Searched for news...none found.
Wonder when it will be back up.
Good evening Dave, I just tried it here again and it seems to be down still.

Not to sure about that I'm going to surf and see if there is a situation that has been mentioned about it.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help get this site up and running.
Will do thanks Harry.

I've been trying to access BandConditions.com everyday with no luck. Is it still down?

From other source: ('stole his explenation')
The website owner was having financial difficulties. It is a good site for USA E-W band determinations but to much weighting was given to 160 and 80 meters as no adjustment was made to account for low frequency absorption. I hope he can get it going again. ---Layne AE1N
Thanks for the update
Mike
I'd pay a subscription for the website if required. I'm sure many others would too.
I certainly would also
Me too!. I really miss it!
It was a very nice site I hope it comes back.
