excuse the quality camera has been packed |
I have been very busy packing, selling items and taking deep breaths as the shack is taken apart! I have
not had time to either post or read others blogs these days I can't believe my last post was on the 7th of November! When I have managed to find some down time I have spend it thinking about the new setup and how I was going to fit into a simple roll top desk. I am very much looking forward to the new setup and the challenges it will bring. One of my first "to do's" once the setup is complete is to get on WSPR and see how the new setup is getting out. We are more or less all packed and ready to go it's now just a waiting game. Stay tuned for update from new QTH!!

Hello Mike, good luck with moving. I hope you will both settle down fast in the new appartment. As soon as you are on WSPR again let us know. I certainly want to try to receive you here. It has been a while I did WSPR from my base QTH. But the last time I used it portable with the MP-1 antenna it was an eye opener. 73, Bas

Good luck with the move, Mike!

Good morning Bas, I will send you a note when I am up and WSPRing and maybe at the new QTH I will be heard out your way.
Mike
Thanks Paul.
Thanks Tim.
Can't imagine what made me think you had already moved! I hope it goes well and everything will be in place for the Christmas/NY holidays. Good luck with your new station layout. 73 Dick
Hello Mike, thanks for the low quality picture of the shack. Hopefully the new QTH brings a lot of nice QSO's, DXCC's and most of all great fun with the radio. 73, Bert
Good evening Dick, we are now in the new place and it's us and the boxes. We are going to end up with a huge amount for the Goodwill. I have just unpacked the radio stuff and am in the process of setting things up.
Mike
Good evening Bert, we now are in the new QTH and I have just begun to unpack the station. Maybe in a week or so we will be setup and using the Alexloop. We are on the 6th floor here so I hope the DX will be better but time will tell.
Mike
